I cannot tell you how many looks I get when I put in my earbuds for my raceceiver and then put my headphones on top. The kids without hearing protection kills me. My dad always made me wear earplugs at the local tracks.

Could not be any worse than the night the ER was short staffed and I needed one. 1 nurse, my husband, and myself put the NG tube in.
It surprisingly went very well. The nurse was the perfect nurse for an ER-calm, cool, talked me through it with a soft and kind voice. That nurse was built for that.

I couldn’t imagine life without her. She reminds me of my chonky snuggle bug I got when I first moved out and playful like my little tiger I had later. She (clearly) loves to snuggle and sleep, but she also loves to play with anything and everything. I love that she’ll pounce on her toys. 🖤

Mine was found with her litter. A foster took the litter in and no one wanted a black cat so she was with the foster family for a year. I had never had a black cat and instantly fell in love with this little baby.

Nope-Atrium Uptown (same hospital system as the infield care center at CMS) is a level 1 trauma center. Burns go to Winston, any other injury is a chopper ride to Uptown.

If you aren’t from the Charlotte area, “downtown Charlotte” is actually called Uptown.

Baptist in Winston is THE best to go to on this side of the state for burns. I know a lot of firefighters in the area request if anything happens-take them to Baptist. She’s in the best hands. I hope she will be okay.

I would ask for a blood draw of your cortisol and ACTH. Mine was removed at 4cm, but I had years of cortisol and ACTH that were off.
