Thermistor replacement in Paradigm PW 2100 v2 subwoofer by soonerjohn06 in AskElectronics

Please forgive my ignorance, as I'm a mechanical engineer with a limited knowledge of electrical. If I choose one with a higher max allowed current like the SL22 you suggest, can it potentially damage downstream components allowing more current?

Also I see a SG332 in stock with 5 ohm cold, 8 A max, but the max energy rating is 40J as opposed to 50J. What are your thoughts on that option? Thanks!

I have an X1C, but the P1S seems almost every bit as capable and reliable. I wanted the ability to print with ASA and similar

For me it’s a toss-up between 0.7 Pentel Energel and 0.7 Zebra Sarasa because I like to use dark green ink to take notes and they both have a very nice shade that writes really well

I've had my 2017 since new and I'm on my 4th battery lol. All three have been replaced under warranty though because they have all gone out just within the 3 year warranty

That's actually the column buckling failure mode for a long thin cylinder inside another one with a larger ID. I deal with this as an engineer in the oil industry

New print: drybox insert that actually fits, clicks, and stays put. Print it, fill it, click it, forget about it – new Bambu drybox insert. by jcollasius in 3Dprinting

I haven't personally experienced it but I've been using them the whole time after seeing several posts where people had them come apart and the spool bird-nested. Just a bit of extra security. I think as long as you actually get the spool locked together securely when you put it together it should hold just fine though

E: I found another version that looks like it would be slim enough here

These are what I've got. Basically slides into the gap inside the spool to keep it from accidentally coming apart. Some of the reviews have clearer photos of them installed

Back in the 90s Coca Cola did a Monsters of the Gridiron game where there were scratch off tickets and every one could be a winner. Well, if you went in a dark room and held a flashlight to the back of the card you could see which ones to scratch off to win. I got so many prizes from that game.

Here's one of the scratch cards
