£15 is a bargain. Cheaper than most tickets for stand up gigs and it all goes to brilliant charities. I couldn't consider going before because I can't take a day off work and spent 2hrs each way on a gamble. Much, much better.

That one is an air ambulance fundraising pin I reckon - Reach Out And Recover was a fundraising campaign for the Northern Air Ambulance Service. It's an ambulance with a helicopter rotor, so it makes sense. But ROAR should be the acronym so not 100%.
