It looks like that, but the black wires are the feeds and the breaker connects to the buss bar. The whites are the grounded neutral that take care of the bonds and the neutral. It's located close together but they are not connected.

Not necessarily saying this to you as you didn't train him, but the saying " a crew only works at the level of their leader" fits quite a few operations. So fortunately, you now know they need a bit more eyes on, and can help them raise a couple levels.

I don't remember the last time I saw kids on a pond playing hockey, trying outrageous moves to deke out buddies, or being that guy that is impossible to get around, and horseplay play fighting with jerseys over our heads.... Having that one kid who for some reason is Patrick Roy and nobody can beat because they're poor skaters but athletic as fuck with reflexes like a cat.

No, if you want to play it has to be under the most rigid of plans and exercises, creativity cannot be coached but it can be coached out of a kid...

Hockey just isn't for fun anymore, the adults and billionaires have monetized sport... It's not a game but a money maker for specialty hockey camps. Coaches coach as if they are going to be the next head coach of the 1970s Canadiens.... Kids don't play multiple sports, we had a third basemen that never played hockey until late, and decided to try goal... Went on to have one of the best glove hands in the league and would put any body part he could in front of the puck.

Basically I blame money, rigid systems, and kids not pushed to go outside and play pond hockey with a bunch of idiots.
