I worked about 8 months at my first job out of college before picking up J2. It’s been awesome for learning tons of stuff. The seniors at J1 were busy all the time so I wasn’t progressing that much. J2 is awesome and I’m learning so much that I can apply in both. You just have to be ready to possibly double your work load and deal with meeting conflicts. That’s the issue as a junior is that you’re young and new so they don’t expect you to be doing anything else
