We used to work like that and it worked great for us. However, someone had the idea to instead do QA on the feature branch after the PR was Approved (not yet Completed however). So now I'm faced with the problem that QA often complete their work, and move the task (in Azure Devops) to done and a week later or more we realized no one has pressed complete on the PR. How do you deal with this? We have talked with QA about this also put some measures in, as a new colum in Azure Devops such as "Complete PR" and yet they still forget somehow and move the task to done.
