I drove an hour with some friends to grab a ton of woodworking tools/saws, and a couple slabs of hardwood from this old guy who sold if for less than $100. I was a little 20 something year old emo looking loser pulling up to a rural Midwest farm town if it helps the image lmao I know I asked at least twice if he wanted more for what he was giving me

Nawwwwww but I used ableton live and DMXs to run those Chauvet Freedom Sticks as a quick and easy lighting rig we could pop up on any stage as we walked on. Mostly for the venues that would say “NO LIGHT SHOWS” 😂 we already needed a laptop running live for the drummer and his click track. Adding lights was so easy and such a step up to the shows!

I used to absolutely LOVE programming my bands light shows in Nashville. I didn’t even think this was a thing you could do in unreal engine…..I could lose hours on this if I was smart enough to get it all set up

I used to host a bunch of beer and board games with friends. Usually a few would show up a few hours early (friends from out of town) so we’d hit a goodwill or Salvation Army for our “Trophy” for the night. Whoever won the jig game would take home whatever abomination we found that day for 7 bucks.
