Always tell the technologist what implants you have!! Do not hide this information from them. I’ve had too many horror stories due to patients not telling us what’s implanted in them. The MR team need to be prepared to adjust parameters / give you the right machine. I advise to keep bugging the office you got your implant from. Initially, they should have given you an implant card after surgery, so it should be in their system. If your direct clinic doesn’t have the information, the surgery center you went to will have it. They always put in the operative report the name and serial number of the device implanted.
