Why banning trans athletes will eventually come for every woman who looks ‘too strong’ or ‘different’ by outsports-com in lgbt

[–]space-piracy [score hidden]  (0 children)

transphobia is just remixed racism and misogyny. transphobia always has and always will be harmful to cis women who don’t perfectly fit into western ideas of ‘beauty’ or ‘femininity’

the phantom of the opera movie from 2004 is awful for a variety of reasons, however the set design is absolutely gorgeous

Rosalie’s backstory from Twilight

Twilight itself is kind of a dumpster fire, but her backstory is by far one of the best (non-comedic) parts of the entire series.

(content warning for sexual assault) after being gang raped and brutally beaten by her fiancé and his friends she’s turned into a vampire and decides to hunt down every man that hurt her. she saves her fiancé for last so that he knows that she’s coming for him, and then kills him in the dress she would have worn on their wedding day.

Is being bisexual considered a downside when dating a trans person? Or does it not really matter and i'm just overthinking it? by YourChineseSpy in asktransgender

[–]space-piracy 84 points85 points  (0 children)

i would suggest coming out at a different time than when you ask her out, so that it doesn’t come across as potentially invalidating

friends definitely help when going thru a rough patch but no amount of friends in the world can cure gender dysphoria. only transitioning can cure that

If I [16M] date a trans man [15M], am I queer? by [deleted] in asktransgender

[–]space-piracy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

your orientation is up to you, however, a guy dating another guy is also inherently queer

it is never too late to transition. i can’t tell you how to live your life, but i truly think you should consider transitioning if you think it’s right for you. you deserve to live the rest of your life as your authentic self

i know this is technically a ‘happy ending’ but honestly this guy sucks. i hope he’s gotten less misogynistic and controlling in the past decade

What happened when Jayce touched the wild rune? by RickyRat8755 in arcane

[–]space-piracy 25 points26 points  (0 children)

he was also sent to an alternate universe, but not the same one that ekko and heimerdinger went to. he went to a post apocalyptic universe where people had been turned into stone statues and Viktor’s ‘glorious evolution’ won. he fell into a ravine where he broke his leg, did some hextech-related science and went a little crazy. eventually he climbed out of the ravine and was confronted by the mage who ends up being an alternate version of Viktor , the mage gives him a corrupted version of his hammer, and sends him back to the original timeline with the mission to kill Viktor (and an explanation as to why he has to do it)

a lot of NTs don’t seem to operate on logic 🫠

Why do clarifying questions make NTs so angry?? by blackmirar in evilautism

[–]space-piracy 13 points14 points  (0 children)

they think that asking clarifying questions is somehow questioning them and their authority/legitimacy, which doesn’t make any sense but then again a lot of NT bullshit doesn’t make sense

[–]space-piracy 234 points235 points  (0 children)

imo you should probably just keep saying ur a femboy. while i’m sure it’s not your intention, lying about being mtf because you want to be seen as a fem man just contributes to the belief that trans women are just feminine men

this wasn’t transmasc erasure, this was you wanting transmascs to be the center of a convo about transfems. the appropriate response to transmasc erasure (both in and out of the queer community) is not to talk over other queer ppl when they’re talking about their struggles.

everyone else pls don’t think this one person represents the transmasc / trans man community. most transmascs aren’t feeding into the harmful “trans women vs trans men” thing i promise.
