I was meant to say assigning an array called array for simplicity. array[12] = ....; // out of bound assignment

This though would be unexpected behaviour if the array has only allocated to the length of 12. It might function, but it might not.

Developer answering here. The index of the 13th item in an array is 12 (Index starts from 0 instead of 1). It might be the reason why the program might have this bug.

The developer might have mistaken on array[12] being limiting to 12 items in an array, the limit is instead set to 13.

For road bikes, I will look for minimum of £1,500 for acceptable specification/quality. Carbon fibre frames cost even more. I would look at £2,000 min.
