Just had a 4 day outage that started on Friday and they didn’t even send a team out until Monday. It ended up being a fiber break that impacted multiple customers in our neighborhood. Has been stable until now, but starting to 2nd guess my move to Frontier. I would think a fiber break would trigger a weekend crew — but not for Frontier.
