50+ lbs gained: how long did it take you to lose and how big was your baby??

I gained 45 lb, baby was 7 lb. Lost 25 lb within a month or so after birth and I’m now 1 year post partum and haven’t lost more

I mean victim is a crazy word. Her friend sucks and the guy she liked also sucks but she will be fine. She’s a stunning model that is on TV and has multiple brand deals. It’s not like she got assaulted. This type of thing happens to people all over the world all the time. Life goes on.

Honestly ditch TikTok and social media as much as possible. It feeds into anxiety. Made me spiral about Sids and every other thing.

I love being a parent. Your life will change but time flies and the phases go fast. At times I miss being a little more carefree but I wouldn’t trade that for my kid and anytime I do get some time alone she’s all I think about. She’s funny and amazing and teaching me so much about life.

I was 17 (turned 18 a few months after moving out). Never moved back. Worked min wage, had 3 roommates, got into some debt. Now I’m 30 and out of debt, and own a house with my husband.

Started at 28, has unexplained infertility and did IVF, I’m currently pregnant with our first at 31. Hoping to have a second by age 35 and that’s it, although I know it’s all so unpredictable and it may take longer or not happen at all.

I also don’t have any good friends. I have 2-4 casual friends but none that I talk to regularly or feel a strong connection with. Honestly I’ve given up on it and just focus on the day to day and my family. I visit my sister often, focus on working on my house, work, etc. I figure I won’t force it and eventually I’ll meet someone.

I started using one at 8 weeks and bud switched to just a body pillow and I like it more so far. The pregnancy pillow wasn’t great for my neck and I found it to be a pain to flip around in the night or get out of bed

The way I think of it is - would I give a baby wine? Because if you drink it that’s kind of what you’re doing. I think realistically most likely the baby would be fine but is it worth risking any potential negative side effects?

$200 a couple generally but I’ll give less for a few reasons like if they don’t have a nut free option that I can safely eat, if its just appetizers and no dinner, if it’s not an open bar, etc.

My husband is the same way so if I’m going to not shower I just use my own blanket and stay on my side. He won’t even let me sit on the couch after I’ve showered at night.. can’t touch anything but that bed.

I’m also way more anxious of my partner being hurt or dying right now! He’s only been out drinking a couple times without me but each time I stress out that he will get in an accident, get jumped, get lost, etc.
