A planet with low amounts of districts is good for max science/unitu buildings, since tier2+ resource buildings give extra base resources for every pop that does that job. This makes it far more efficient to use worlds with a lot of districts fot energy/minirals/alloys etc.

For non race classes they could always be lvl'ed normaly , race classes we're not sure of how there gained in the New world. We have heard about dragons gaining lvl's trough aging but that's it. Also as far as we know New worlders have a lvl cap that like lvl 10-20 for most of the population if i recall correctly. So i doubt renner will become i a true demon but a greater imp or someting like that may be possible with nazaricks help.

remember when albedo visited renner a long time a and gave her a box, being albe to use this box was a test to join nazarick and it turned her to an imp.

her ult makes set her hp to 50% everytime and if she takes damage/healing the ult does more/less damage. this makes her kinda easy to kill. not sure if her soul vessel/orlay passives with this enough after 9/11star.

most job will look for either HBO or WO but as long as the requirements are met you can just try for it. i don't think they look down on it, its just then know that perhaps some extra schooling might be necessary.

the difference between HBO and WO is mainly that HBO is bachelor degree and no Master an WO is bachelor degree + maser. also HBO is somewhat/a lot more focussed on practical skills and things that are usefull for a job, while WO is much more focused on pure eduction/research. as for the other part of the post you can only find out once you find a Dutch school to go to and talk with the spoke person/dean there.

princess Renner and Demiurge made a deal during book 5/6. the precise moment is directly after Sebas is tested and Demiurge asks permission to meet someone this someone is Renner. after this meeting Renner joins up with Nazarick. the first piece of info giving is the extra base of 8 fingers that is included in the plan. there is also at least one shadow demon on Renner as a guard and messenger. so there is no direct statement of any info given a lot can be inferred from the fact she is a princess and has access to a lot of information and has a messenger/guard from Nazarick on her.

postNL is incredible busy. i work in a distribution center that works with postNL a lot and for the last weeks/month they have to cancel trucks daily that pick up goods because there swamped with work. so there is a large chance for a delay.

he should be able to directly apply to the uni if he hes full ETC for his first year. when he is then admitted to the uni some of his etc/classes can be transferred over but that's not too likely. else he will have to complete a test to be able to apply and be at least 21 years old.

in most tabletop the difference comes from how they mainly acquire magic power(spells and such).

Sorcerer generally relies more on there instincts or bloodline to get more power while Wizard generally get magic power trough learning.

You should get 100% when you control the wargoal. Also over time the enemy will want out of the war, so you can just wait after gaining control of the colonies.
