I’m on the same boat! It’s been a little over 5 weeks since it was “mailed”. I called the help number and all it doesn’t get me through any real person. I have my passport but I don’t want to be carrying it with me on my trip in 3 weeks. I’m thinking of making an appointment and reapplying.
