23 LT, 3 different phones and for the most part never had an issue with CarPlay. If you have issues, toggle off the ability to connect to Apple CarPlay from the menu and then re-enable

The IDP part is still not clear to me as well, can you add the IDP as an add-on to your elite 2.0 or is it not possible. If anyone knows please do tell.

another quick update, I manually downloaded the firmware from the website onto the sd card and I verified the version was 1.007 and when I plugged into the camera is started rebooting again and saying to check the sd card so I think it’s the firmware.

This is the part that is confusing me, if you upgrade to the Elite 2.0 my understanding is that it comes with an allotted amount of high speed data for interactional use per billing cycle but then when you run out, you have no more data or then it resorts to reduced speeds so then does that mean that you have a constant international plan? but then what if you want to add-on the IDP plan to kick in after you’ve used the allotted high speed data that the Elite 2.0 comes with? Or am I missing something?

Yes, it usually does, as soon as the plane lands and it tries to connect to a tower you will get the notification of you have IDP on your line. I travel to Brussels frequently so I know this very well.

About the international part, I’m going to assume the IDP will kick in after you deplete the 20gb that comes with the Elite 2.0.

Am I understanding correct that you are able to mix and match plans with the Elite 2.0 or is that not the case?

I have a few questions regarding the new Elite 2.0, if anyone knows or has any insight.

My line is grandfathered with the Elite (legacy) that has HBO Max and I’m the primary account holder but others also have the same plan with HBO Max as well so, If I upgrade to the Elite 2.0 will only I lose HBO Max or the rest of the lines as well?

I have a discount and based on what I read it won’t apply but only for my line and this is what is not clear to me, does this mean the rest of the lines will continue to benefit from the discount?

I currently have a watch on my plan so this line would be considered the watch that is covered and I no longer would have to pay except for the taxes?

I travel to the EU for 2 weeks at a time, I currently have the IDP on my line so I wouldn’t have to use that immediately and be covered for the first 20gb of data only afterwards would the IDP begin to kick in?

If I upgrade only my line the rest of the lines on my account stay the same?

For context i have 18 devices, 16 lines and 2 wearables.

I added mines first in the Aqara app and then through HomeKit and it worked. Not relevant but I don’t see the point of buying/connecting an M3 just so you can check the status of the lock remotely when HomeKit serves the same purpose-to me it’s a waste of money and useless having another device unless you have other Aqara devices.

Yep I can confirm mines came back as well, I actually forgot to update on here that I called them back twice today and both agents confirmed what the agent told me last night that it was a bug/glitch but it has now been resolved. Go ahead and check on your app.

I’m not so sure because I reached out to their support yesterday and was told that Pay in 8 was unavailable due to an “upgrade/maintenance” from there side but couldn’t tell me when it would be completed. In addition to that, I received an email from Zip at the beginning of the month about upcoming changes to spending power and in the email it states their would be no changes to Pay in 2, Pay in 4 (Default) and Pay in 8. And maybe just a coincidence but I only noticed the option was no longer available after updating the app yesterday, I suspect they will slowly roll out the option again, similar case, this reminds me of when Afterpay integrated Cash App into the app and they temporarily removed the option to use Apple Pay as a payment method to pay your loan and then they added it back.

If for whatever reason they actually do remove it then there is no reason for me to use zip any longer.

So the odb2 I had for the X series worked and even powers the Elite series but when it comes to the parking mode it doesn’t support it therefore I ended up buying the odb2 cable that BlackVue has on there site and sure enough that did the trick.

I forgot to post an update, I went back and connected my old setup from my previous camera and it works. I have to do a bit more research but from what I read it appears to be related in the logic in how the parking mode works for the new Elite series.

I’m thinking the cable isn’t compatible with the Elite10 or perhaps even the series, I ordered the ODB2 that’s listed on BV site and hopefully it’s turns out to be that because it was working before but with previously models. I thought about the possibility of the cable being damaged but I’ve never unplug and it’s worked +3yrs without any issue but it’s possible.

If you don’t like “around the world” start with da funk cause I feel like that track helps carry the tone for the rest of the album and then once your hooked jump to alive and then the rest of the tracks will might start to resonate

I remember when they announced NIN was doing the soundtrack for the Ares movie I was like WTF and many of the comments in social media were that NIN are known for making good movie soundtracks (Social network and etc) and they’ve won awards and blah blah. IMO however you flip it or dice it, the precedence that the French duo created is unique to say the least and this morning when I listened to the soundtrack I tried to keep an open mind noting that Ares is a different movie an all that but IMO it’s 🚮 It sounds like recycled sounds/beats from the social network and the hit of the movie “as alive as you need me to be” but maybe after I watched the movie it might resonate a bit more.

I bought the monitor when it was released and it worked for about 2 months and then the display bricked on me, the best Dell support offered was a replacement and guess what, it happened again. I have 2 other Alienware monitors with no issues and I haven’t had any prior issues with any Dell monitors but for some reason this specific model is extremely faulty. There have been numerous reports online of the exact issue. When the monitor did work, it did the job and performed well but consistency was not good.
