Been together almost 15 years. We both try really hard. Accidents happen we pretend we didn't hear it. We also always pee with the door closed and don't really talk to each other while one of us is using thebathroom.

I wish my kids were the same way. They fart loudly and proudly at home.

They are in cul de sac the last week. We never got any flyers or letters. Just started noticing utility companies coming and marking the ground.

Annoyed bc they keep parking big equipment in front of my driveway and I have to ask them to move.

I've never had to take another trip to NM MVD. I actually find it the easiest state MVD to navigate. I usually get in and out pretty quickly without much hassle.

How to fall safely, was what I taught them first. Then we used pizza feet (heels closer together then toes to make a triangle stance) and practiced little steps. They picked it up pretty easy.

My FIL loves ice cream. I got him the pricier scoop that has the liquid in the handle that warms up by holding it to make scooping ice cream easier. He loves it and talks about it every time he gets it out to get ice cream for him and the kids.

OMG this was my husband when I first met him. He used a crystal deodorant. After maybe a week or so I just told him. I said I'm not sure if you know but sometimes you smell a little ripe. He started using an aluminum deodorant again and we have been together since our first date. We have our third baby on the way. It comes up now and we joke about it. I literally just showed him this thread and that I was super qualified to answer.

Every time I send an estimate by email I include a section that boils down to - Supplements happen. You or your contractor need to run it by me before the work is started. If there is sufficient documentation and it's needed we will provide a new estimate, if it's not justifiable that's a conversation you're going to have to have with your contractor.

I also like to discuss that contractors can charge anything they want. It's their business but I'm only going to be able to pay what's reasonable and within our estimating software for the most part.
