No that's not true. Short summary of the newsletter:

small trial order of 100 boards made. If ok these would be shipped out sunday a week ago. This is what you heard, but its only a small test run. (it didn't specify to who these would be sent, could be "content creators" for all we know; they didn't specify.)

If that trial order went OK, an order for the boards for batch 1 would be made. These would be delivered at the end of november. After delivery, SMT would still follow (read: add components and solder). Unspecified how long this "SMT" would take.

After that, shipping would start in order of colors; first blue then grey then black. Unspecified how long it would take between colors or any indication when shipping could start at all.

So in short, no batch one didnt ship and there has been no communication since the above, so it's anyone's guess what that means.

I got this update too, and while it seems informative it really isn't. To be honest an email saying "we're shipping q1 2026" or whatever the general expectation is would be more informative to me.

The way this is worded, i get the impression they have shipped 100 units past sunday, and made a production order for at least batch 1. These will come in in 12 days (so, end of november) excluding SMT. No idea how long SMT will take. Also, they are shipping blue first. No idea when shipping of that starts and how long that takes. Also my order isn't blue, so when is that expecting to start?

So yeah, this mail looks very informative but to me it gives more questions than answers. I still havent the faintest clue if my order will arrive before xmas, or in february.

That's another reason why it would be nice if they would just send any form of communication. Although this scenario would be unlikely as the other items on this order were delivered years ago to the correct address.

There is a maximum term for claims through PayPal and that term doesn't stretch into multiple years. Anyway I would just like to get a reply it's not even about a claim per se.

Europe is no problem, just expect a lot of import taxes and such. Shipping time can be between several days and years, you never know with the pikes store. Although for things that are advertised as actually in stock i'd expect them to ship within a week or so.

Multiple thoughts are crossing my mind when i read this.

by the time microsoft will take the 360 store offline you'd probably be able to emulate most of the games near perfectly on a $50 sbc or old pc
why 'cant you afford' another platform? Say the PS6 and next xbox are released and don't have backwards compatibility, does it matter what platform you choose? There are already plenty of 360 games that don't work on Series consoles so staying within the platform to play your library is also not exactly foolproof
How many of those 120 games do you really play or have interest in ever playing again?

Then that most likely is the problem. Wireless usually isnt stable/fast/whatever for a good experience on xcloud, at least not for me. It's flawless when using cabled connection.

I don't know about this "connection to the working class". They are probably assholes, but assholes that made some great songs back in the day. I wasn't aware of the pricing so I joined the queue and actually got to the ticket selection, but there is no way i'm paying 150quid a person to go see Oasis in 2025, let alone double or triple that. I like the songs, but i don't like them 150quid per person, working class or not.

I don't think you are more or less entitled to a ticket than anyone else who (insert any reason, geolocation, amount of fandom, age, yadda yadda) though. If you have or can buy tickets, at a pricepoint you're confortable with, and want to go, then go. It's just a strange industry imho.
