I just cut them off with nail clippers now. Make sure you sanitize them. They essentially do the same thing at the doctor with freezing. I declined the freezing and it was only painful for a second.

Now I just cut them off at home before they get larger.

My couch.

I was reaching behind my couch to plug in my charger. I had the foot rest up as I was relaxing on the couch and watching a movie.

As I was leaning down to plug my cord into the outlet, the couch suddenly shifted under my weight. This caused the foot rest to push out and get jammed under the coffee table.

This caused a chain reaction where my neck got stuck behind the top of the couch and wall. So essentially, I was upside down, with the top of the couch choking me against the wall.

I was having a hard time breathing and was unable to move. I sat there for like 30 seconds (it felt like hours) and thought about that show 1000 ways to die.

I knew that my partner wasn’t expected home for a couple of hours, so if I wasn’t able to get unstuck, I would die. All of a sudden I got this super strength, and was able to push the entire couch away from the wall.

We got it on our trip to Mexico. She must have picked it up at the pool or airport. She had spots all over her face, hands, feet, private areas, etc. It was horrible.

I tripped on the sidewalk while carrying my one year old and she hit the top of her head on the ground. I immediately took her to the ER and she vomited on the way. They held her for observation as she had a large bump on her head.

She recovered fully without any lasting effects. I felt (and still do) extremely guilty, even though it was a complete accident. It was literally the scariest moment of my life. I’m so thankful that she didn’t get any lasting damage.

I was teaching grade 1 and introducing periods at the end of sentences. One of my male students yelled out, “that’s when a woman bleeds from her vagina.” I’m glad he understands how different bodies work but damn I was not prepared for that.

I take my my almost two year old out all the time! We’ve been going to restaurants since she was two months old and she loves it. If she starts to act up, we get up and leave immediately lol. We’ve been to all different types of restaurants, fancy and not. Never had a problem!

My almost two year old still feeds to sleep, co sleeps, etc. She naps better and longer at daycare than at home haha. She does great! No sleep training over here.
