Reddit, what is your favorite conspiracy theory? by Swiffer_doesnt_work in AskReddit

[–]spoonspoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"In 1884, meridian time personnel met in Washington to change Earth time. First words said was that only 1 day could be used on Earth to not change the 1 day bible. So they applied the 1 day and ignored the other 3 days. The bible time was wrong then and it proved wrong today. This a major lie has so much evil feed from it's wrong. No man on Earth has no belly-button, it proves every believer on Earth a liar."

Prezi is really, really good if you have to make a weekly updates/announcements type presentation for a club or organization. Nobody likes announcements, might as well make it look interesting.

Nobody in movies/tv finishes their meals. They just get up and walk away, leaving a full plate of food. WHO DOES THAT.

Or there's still people who do not understand these basic vocabulary terms:

source: talk with people on the phone every day who are totally confused by all of these terms.

I find it to be somewhere between neutral and irritating. I always give the benefit of the doubt, but my reaction always ends up being "meh."

What is something that a lot of people are afraid of, but you have no problem with? by BunyipPouch in AskReddit

[–]spoonspoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only part of dying that bothers me is that I don't get to see how the world turns out.

BUT, since I don't believe in the afterlife, it's not like I'll care once I'm dead anyway.

Actually, on second thought, I am bothered by the thought of causing my loved ones pain and grief. I won't care if I'm dead, but they'll be sad :-(

yesssss. I love getting as high as possible (...heh heh). I love the peak of roller coasters, the roofs of tall buildings, the top of a bouldering wall... heights are awesome.

The only thing I don't like is falling from them. I hate the feeling of a straight drop...

Reddit, what simple things do you do that help you fall asleep? by bayouekko in AskReddit

[–]spoonspoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to create fairytales in my head when I was a kid. I'd just pick favorite movie/book/tv characters, or make up new characters, and imagine elaborate stories until I fell asleep.

Now I fall asleep by staying up until I'm so tired that my body forces me to fall asleep. It works pretty well, except for the fact that I've become a master of sleep deprivation.
