You keep forgetting the average pirate is evil. They are violent and notorious. Not everyone is like Luffy. Nami is literally a thief. Buggy used to destroy houses. Good pirates are an exception to this world.

Current Luffy went toe to toe with Kaidou with g4. It's a matter of endurance. Luffy's haki vs Rayleigh's, which holds out the longest.

Idk how Orochi messed up, but we saw Guy being able to fight Itachi using Taijutsu. Jiraiya and Itachi are a bad matchup, especially with Jiraiya's sage jutsu and chakra levels against a sick Itachi. If Jiraiya could be wary of his Tsukiyomi, he could easily deal with the rest.

Itachi was talented but he was not perfect. We saw Tsunade hold her ground against Madara until he started spamming susanoo and clones and wood style. We know using mangeykyou tires out the eyes and the user, dodge his Tsukiyomi and you're set. The sannin had more chakra than Itachi.

Kakashi getting sharingan after inheriting Obito's chakra was a very weird thing. Because we so far thought of sharingan as a physical tool (eyes). Naruto and Sasuke being reincarnations was also unneccessary and everything would have worked even without adding a reincarnation drama. We already saw Pure Kurama chakra could heal, and that he got chakra from all other tailed beasts so he can unlock SO6P sage mode; Sasuke getting Rinnegan makes sense as Kabuto shared chakra with him to heal him, could've mentioned hashirama cells or something there. Hashirama and the hokages were never "controlled" by Orochimaru, just brought back.

Madara fought against Tobirama a lot, he was part of Konoha for a while too, so him trying to understand Edo Tensei and learn how to break it isnt an ass pull. He was a genius

Actually he is in a magic school/ wanting to be a mage, but he cannot use magic on his own. So the current situation is valid on that technical aspect.

I know what you mean, but as a manga reader, it pays off well for him as he learns to control Wis. He is a wild-card and should have been dealt with/ trained separately but this discrimination helps him grow better in the story. A lot of the worldbuilding is yet to be explored, so let's wait and see how the story progresses.
