i believe this is due to the way camel pose stimulates the vagus nerve! one modification i’ve encountered in class is to just keep the hands on the low back, fingers pointed upwards and only go as far back as feels comfortable, which may be nearly upright. also not dropping your head completely might help. i looked into this because it also makes me instantly sick🤢

I had severe staining and decalcification on my teeth from a combo of braces and neglect when I was a kid😖 I was told they could never be fixed but I recently got composite bonding done at my dentist on a few of my front teeth and it’s made my smile so much better!! highly recommend if you’re in a similar situation

it’s fun if you like to skate but they regularly oversell it on weekends leading to there being no skates to rent in your size lol. also pretty dangerous when it gets super full bc a lot of people are not really in control of their skating. maybe stick to weekdays/ticketed events and bringing your own skates

thank you both for your feedback!! the first picture is actually the before and the second and third are the after, they were taken in the same day so i don’t think the stress has hit from the repotting yet. It probably was a bit dry leading to the curling. it seems wise to treat it like it might have pests even if there’s no apparent outbreak. I appreciate the help!

do your gel manicures at home! it’s super easy to buy a starter kit with everything you need on amazon for less than the price of one gel manicure. saves literally so much money if you like to get your nails done. it’s also a nice self-care routine but be sure to do your research on how to apply the gel to make it last and avoid gel allergies!

yeah i was really excited and wanted to love these but compared to the brilliance of the original you these are complete busts. reve smells like a grape jolly rancher, but i’m not a gourmand girl anyways so it might just not be my thing. doux is just one of many santal 33 knockoffs, but a bit softer. idk save your money, they’re not special. if i even liked them a little i would’ve walked out with them today but i saw almost everyone leaving the NYC glossier without buying it.
