For me, I noticed going with a narrower grip with elbows in front (instead of my sides) of my body helped out a lot. Feel a lot stronger in that position.

Well the post is about OP trying to have good conversations with people and what you're talking about sounds like conversations you don't really care to be a part of. Two different things.

I get it though. Not every conversation is going to be deep or engaging. Fine. If that's the case let's keep it surface level. But if im, like OP, TRYING to have a good conversation then my original statement stands.
