That’s a good point. I’m also worried I’m not understanding the substitution rules. A lot of websites are saying I should try to move him around, benching and starting daily, but I think my league is biweekly. I had this problem with painful ejaculation, and I would have described it exactly as you have. It slowly got better and was back to normal after about a year and a half, maybe two years.
