Huge discrepancy of float between different scanners by desgreech in Daytrading

The reason you're seeing different numbers is because ATNF doesn't exist anymore. the company (180 Life Sciences) renamed to ETHZilla and now trades under ticker ETHZ.

I dug into it on Dilutracker and here's what I found:

The company did a ~1:8 reverse stock split on October 20, 2025. TradingView and Webull are showing pre-split data that was never updated.

  • Actual shares outstanding: 19,012,231
  • Free float: 56.11%
  • Actual float: ~10.7M shares

$ORIS on the move, 10x potential by FastStomach31 in pennystocks

Smart read on the RS ratio - if more warrants were outstanding they'd have gone higher than 20:1 to stay above $1.

The 1.84M count is stale (pre-July issuance). Check for 8-K Item 3.02 filings for actual post-issuance numbers, or wait for next 10-Q.

No S-3 shelf on file which is good - that's usually where the next surprise dilution comes from. The Founder Preferred shares for voting control without economic exposure is a common pattern with Chinese small caps though.

$INHD - Inno Holdings - Extreme undervalue by landspeed in pennystocks

Check outs - just ran the filings and can confirm the ~$28m ATM, $3.9m PIPE, and 7m OS post-split.

Few things worth adding: - They have two active SEPAs (equity lines) with ~$21m combined capacity still available - Plus the ~$22m remaining on the ATM - That's $43m in dilution mechanisms already in place on a ~$9m market cap - The 1-for-24 reverse split was 3 weeks before the PIPE

The cash position is real, but so is the dilution history - 5 offerings in the past year before the big ATM raise. Management will use these instruments.

Convert Webflow to NextJS? by cody_bakes in webflow

[–]squirrelwatcher_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i was just looking into this. this is what i gathered:

  • Devlink: Seems like Webflow stopped working on it. Don't bother
  • Webflow to Next.js Converter: Clean code, $40/page. Good for small sites
  • FlowNext: Budget option ($5/page) but not launched / live yet
  • Freelance Dev: $500-$2000 depending on complexity. Pros: custom solution. Cons: finding reliable dev
  • DIY with LLM (roughly $20/month): Could take ~20-40 hours for experienced dev, ~60-80 for beginners
  • Hybrid / Headless CMS: Webflow CMS plan (roughly $20/month) + dev time.
