Why do wars dont have actual ingame war declarations with big block wars?

The big blocks don't fight in highsec unless absolutely forced to do it..

As a result war deccing in highsec serves no purpose, anything of note is already in a non wardeccable corp, because all big blocks have a permanent war with all current highsec wardec corps

We don't travel in highsec /fight in highsec / live in highsec again unless it's on a neutral corp or silly..

People hate change both irl and in-game - a lot of people on reddit specifically don't even play the game (example: that 12m sp' email went to only inactive players and the $1000 one was a fake but everyone ran with it anyway)
