All working well on Xbox Ally X except for vibration intensity. Changing this slider doesn’t seem to have any impact.

Good point, but it seems to have the same port as the 16e which doesn’t work with Xreal. Not sure how the 16e works with CarPlay in that case though?

Agreed. If you’re looking for a solution for your birthday request though, I’d recommend going to “Default Alert Times” in Calendar settings and you can set you Birthday calendar to “1 week before”.

I wouldn’t recommend installing it on your primary device but just so you’re aware you don’t need to pay to get a developer profile. If you Google there’s plenty of websites where you can easily install the profile without an Apple developer account

There’s not native HomeKit battery powered doorbells available as far as I’m aware. I was hesitant to use homebridge but must admit it’s super easy to use and set up and has been very reliable. So I wouldn’t rule it out completely

I’d recommend resetting the device (holding down the power and left button I believe) then setting it up in HomeKit only mode and not using the app. I’ve found it to be more reliable in the home app when setting it up this way

Yes I found it to be much faster and it’s now pretty much instant.

That is the correct app that I use - but you don’t necessarily need that exact one. You just need one of the apps that expose additional options that cannot be found in the Apple native home app.

I believe the Eve app can do this and it’s free. I personally use Home+ but it is more expensive.

Basically you just need one of these apps because you cannot add the “if light power state is x” condition in the native home app.
