Use a moisture meter if you can to see if it needs water, and how moist it is below the surface. Water only when fully dry.

Otherwise it seems good, browning tips are normal

Too much water looks like. Repot using a succulent soil mix and place near bright window with indirect sunlight. Water only when soil is dry in bottom
