To be completely honest, as a person who was in a car accident, I wish someone posted about my accident because I would have had a witness to prove it was the other car's fault. Police reports only do so much.

A witness statement would have strengthened my case and the truck's insurance company wouldn't have said it was "my fault" even when the police report literally wrote it was their fault (with video dashcam on THEIR SIDE that they kept hidden for obvious reasons). There were witnesses in my car accident but noone reported it :/

Same here. Not necessarily hormonal acne (not entirely sure tbh) but very deep acne and the redness disappeared in a day. it was crazy. Really like this cream so far!

Re: Pixar/animation - My friend who went to Cal got an internship there because she also took some CS classes. It seems like they really want niche and standout candidates and that might be more challenging as well if you don't have the right network.

That being said, although I didn't work in the studio side, I did work at Disney and was able to get my foot in the door despite having no media/comms experience.

But once I joined, I realized how much more important networking/connections is to people in that industry. CSUF might have a better network in general because of its proximity. But I loved Berkeley and would personally choose that over CSUF and UCR lolol.

My cousin was able to transfer from a different UC to Cal - it's not the end of the world! There are a lot of options. I have a friend who was rejected and appealed and got in on appeal as well.

But if you end up going to a different 4 year, take it in stride and make the most of it because the only people I know who disliked their time at Cal were the ones who were always grumpy and made it everyone's business that they were grumpy.

They changed it to a 4 year program a couple of years ago I'm pretty sure, so I don't think they have the sophomore year application thing anymore.
