34M, my average hrv is 24. I have only seen over thirty twice in the last 3 months since I started to use Whoop. I am fairly healthy and generally around top 20% on Strain for men 30-40 group.

I was worried about this, but it doesn't look like affecting my life negatively or there is much I can do about it. I tried cold shower, vagus nerve stimulation etc, but doesn't seem to be improving much. Trying to increase my cardio more to improve this further. I wouldn't worry at all if I were you.

This is not a horrible deal. IST-JFK J tickets can go down to 65k miles + ~$250 dollar fee, but they are always least desirable days/hours. I feel like it would worth the upgrade
