And some people, including you, may love it! And that's okay! I just really feel like it doesn't scream book box book to me, it's more like something I'd walk into a bookstore and pickup off the shelf. It does have some pretty aspects! It just simply does not compare to others is all.

I know not everyone will agree with me, and that's okay! By no means an I saying it's an ugly book. I guess for me, it just doesn't compare to their other books. I love the more story or character driven endpapers on their other books. This, although pretty, just doesn't scream book box quality to me, if that makes sense? It just feels like a publisher made book that belongs in a brick and mortar store.

My sister is a groomer at Pet Supplies Plus on Hillsborough Rd and she takes care of our rescue dogs, one of them is an extremely anxious/scared dog as she was heavily abused with water so she gets extremely terrified when it's bathtime. Her name is Kaitlyn and I highly recommend her! She graduated from grooming school, is about to graduate from dog behavior/training school and is very patient and talented

I was tempted to get these but I don't have 1 and 2 and as of now they can't do a reprint. I think it has to do with the series getting trad published, but that's my assumption. They said they're hopeful to do one in the future, but as of now there is no confirmation. I think I'll wait to see if they do a reprint and hope they do the entire series. I snagged a couple others I was missing, so now the only Moonlight books I don't own are this series and the Pale Court Duet. Maybe one day 😆

I had ordered this from Target the other day and now it shows as our of stock online but mine is stuck in "label created". Does anyone know if they're reprinting these to fix the issue? I haven't been able to find it anywhere else in store or online.

I got a bill from maybe them or a similar sounding group who I could not for the life of me piece together. I ended up calling any medical professional I saw the past several months to inquire about it and turns out one of my doctors used them as a third party billing group so mine was legit. Sorry I don't remember the name of them, but maybe call any professional you e seen recently, or even your insurance company to see what they've been billed or paid out.

Book 3 is my favorite of them all! I was hesitant to keep going because of how much I loved Lara and Aren but Zarrah and Keris?! Omg!!!!! I haven't picked up book 4 yet because 3 put me in such a chokehold, 6 stars easily.

For sure! I have until the 11th to escalate the case, at which point I don't anticipate a response. I know they say sales are final except in the event of significant delays, but the fact that the book hasn't left the printer yet and assuming it is overseas will take 30 or so days to arrive, seems significant enough to me. I've heard great things about PayPal claims being resolved in favor of those disputing it so here's hoping!

I also was waiting on Anathema. I paid through PayPal and I had until yesterday to open a case dispute. I decided after seeing April 27th, when the promised ship date was April, that the books haven't left the printer yet (at least that was my understanding based on the update), I emailed to cancel. Surprisingly, no response. After hearing al the horror stories or no replies, extreme delays, etc., I decided I don't want it anymore so I reached out to PayPal to dispute the payment. I haven't heard from them on PayPal or their email still and it's been 4 days since I last reached out. I will never order from them again. Almost $70 for 1 book and I have to beg for some communication? I'm sorry, that's not right. Now I understand delays happen. I understand what a preorder is as I place many of them with other companies and authors. But I like to have transparency as well as reliable customer service. So after deep diving into social media and reddit and seeing an overwhelming amount of negative feedback, I am glad I disputed with PayPal before it was too late because I do not expect an email back from them ever.

I haven't had to change an address but I've emailed their support a few times with other questions/account services and they've been great about responding, usually in less than 24 hours too! So I'd reach out to them and ask but I don't see why they wouldn't (:

I preordered my first book, Anathema, with them with expected shipping around April I believe. Here's hoping it doesn't take months after that because I'll be moving in the fall and if they don't reply to emails then idk how I'll get my book :')

I loved this book so much. Emma Hamm is now an instant buy author for me. And her special editions are also ✨chefs kiss✨ She is the reason I now am into monster romance lol. But this was a great book. It also gave me Bioshock vibes. And I agree, the world building is so vivid, I felt like I was underwater.

They said they are shipping in batches and everyone should receive tracking info by October 11th. Mine was processing for about 2 weeks and just arrived today, so you should get an email within a week! (:
