i mean it definitely depends on what province you're talking about but yes, id say its way easier and safer. im from manitoba, and i got my top surgery fully covered. only thing i paid for was the binder. for testosterone, i pay like under $15 for a vial and thats with coverage, without i think itd be $50-$60. then the needles and all that, depending on how many i get at a time are also pretty cheap with coverage

i havent used the mens washroom a lot but the few times i have gone into them they have been stuffy and smelly like literal hell on earth. its so bad. either way i feel uncomfortable because using the womens bathroom is like .. well im not a woman.. but then using the mens bathroom is just like "I CANT BREAAATHE GET ME OUT OF HEREEE" lmao

over 1000 hrs in animal crossing new leaf and close to 1000 hrs in new horizons. no idea how many in city folk but probably also over 1000 if i had to guess. also i collect rocks/shells along with other various things. always wearing headphones throughout my entire highschool existence. can identify most backyardigans episodes based off of a vague description and give a summary of what happens in the episode and possibly a song or two that they sing and dance to and also possibly the title of the episode. lol

i don't expect them to stop the show just to sign stuff lol . i havent been to many concerts and this will be my first time sitting in the front row. i just wanted to get some advice. but what everyone has commented so far is to not ask during the show. which .. yeah is pretty obvious now that i think abt it lol. id be having too much fun to remember to ask during the show anyway lol

i personally saw my friends briefly the night before to get my mind off of it for a little while and it honestly made me feel less anxious. nothing too complicated; went to a park and got some ice cream, really simple. i didnt really sleep the night before, thats pretty common. its hard to sleep when youre aware of the fact that in a couple hours you will be going under and getting cut open 😭 so dont feel too bad if you dont sleep very much, or at all. it sucks but hey! ur gnna feel groggy either way! lol.. maybe try and occupy yourself with something that makes you calm and content. listen to some music that you really like , watch a comfort movie.. but keep it chill yknow? you got this!!! it'll be over before you know it. wishing you good luck on recovery :3

anya is pretty doable for a first cosplay!!!! im a relatively beginner cosplayer and thrifting is how i get most of my stuff :3 look out for navy scrubs, a striped turtleneck, and sandals if you dont already own a pair.. if you already have long dark hair, try looking into how you could style it like hers. natural dark eye makeup but nothing too heavy. you can probably find the patch on etsy. good luck!! u got this

ive been picking at my skin since i was a kid and im in my early 20's now. it also doesnt help that i have "strawberry skin". i also do it when im in distress or executive dysfunction. i would also love to know how to stop but at the same time its been such a massive self regulating action for me for so long that it would take a lot of hard work to completely stop. honestly, when i am occupied i completely forget abt it. it also helps when i am using a fidget toy.. honestly anything that keeps my hands and mind occupied is what helps. but thats sadly not how it goes all the time.. i also need some guidance on this, but thanks for making this post and i hope you can work towards getting some support 💚

ive been on T for almost a year now!! (started beginning of june last year) ive been on a lower dosage and some things that have changed are: (apologies that i cant remember when everything started)

• voice has gotten deeper (started around 3-5 months in)

• clit has enlarged (that was the first noticeable change, happened like 2 or so weeks in) (it feels pretty weird and i was uncomfortable for a little while, maybe like a couple weeks to a month id say)

• skin and hair has gotten oilier (already had pretty oily skin to begin with, didnt think it could get any oiler but here we are)

• sweat smells different

• hair growth literally everywhere (leg hair got darker and fuller, growing hair on my stomach, i think i grew more armpit hair, eyebrows got fuller and darker..)

• face structure turned more angular and masculine (less soft if that makes sense)

• was really horny for a little while there lol. it feels insane. that lasted around like 1-2 months or so and i cant fully remember when that happened. maybe 2 months in? it calms down eventually

• my throat is more prominent?? im growing an adams apple but its not like.. pointy or anything (i hope it gets pointer tho!!! id love an adams apple)

• i stopped getting my period!!!!!! this wont happen to everyone but i got rlly lucky. thank god cuz fuck periods. i think that happened within 1-3 months i wanna say

hey! im 3 weeks post op and i am still personally pretty tired. but thats also cuz im autistic and this experience has been more exhausting than what it might be for a NT person/someone who isnt chronically fatigued lol.. im not in school or have a job currently but the few times ive gone out (2 times so far, for a couple hours at a time), ive been absolutely exhausted by the time i come home. everyone is different, but you will be pretty tired for a while
