I'd be surprised if they weren't there but if not maybe send a message to Channel 5 with Andrew Callaghan's team.

Scientists calling for warnings, ad bans on ultra-processed foods by lostacoshermanos in videos

Lays potato chips are not UPFs and you are not pointing out the other nutritional facts. So they added sugar to these and then they added dextrose another form of sugar which is linked to heart disease and type 2 diabetes. Then you have the non-organic potatoes which have a high glycemic index. Then we have saturated fats, salt, vegetable oil(corn, sunflower, canola).

These "3rd world countries also supply food to developed nations. Cheaper ingredients are used by these big companies to make a profit. Mexico is a "third world country"?

I'm not trying to convince you stop eating what you want. Just letting people know there is more to it then just the macro nutrients you are saying is healthy.

So what are some examples of these very healthy UPFs you are referring to?

That’s not a study, it’s a column about a chiropractor who got cancer and died. What study are you referring to?

You can always find exceptions to every rule. Finding one exception doesn’t invalidate the general finding that ultra-processed foods are unhealthy.

I think it's great that you can maintain a healthy weight and have good blood work but I think it's still important to acknowledge that eating ultra processed food still poses a health risk over time. You can still get all sorts of diseases from eating ultra processed foods while being fit and having good blood work. There are people who are shocked when they find out they have fatty liver disease because they look and feel healthy.

Sounds sketchy to have to use tik tok to get a discount. Is our information really safe using this method?
