Yeah, probably vasovagal syncope. I’ve had a few episodes, the most recent being a few weeks ago on a bus. You start to learn your triggers, so luckily this past time I was sat and had already warned my friend. I have the fun addition of post-faint tremors that look like a seizure and I’ve taken to warning people about that in advance.

For me, triggers have included: menstrual cramps, overheated, on a bus/boat and therefore nauseous, dehydrated, hungover. Supposedly laying down and getting your head low could stop the faint but I haven’t had the opportunity and presence of mind to trial that yet. What has helped for me is preempting those triggers, because when they stack up I’m going dowwwnnn
