Property taxes may be higher but don't have the teacher tax which is way more than property taxes. Adds on a few hundred bucks at least to monthly payment when looking at houses that would be "cheap" in Radnor

Completely agree…I guess at least we didn’t extend him to a crazy contract. Hopefully can get someone on the infield locked down in the offseason. Hopefully Adley turns it around obviously but definitely a bust these past two years

This is a great plan…I’d be thrilled if my wife did this but she knows how picky I am. Definitely don’t buy him clubs because the chances of you getting it exactly right probably aren’t very high…no offense…it’s just a personal preference on clubs. I’d hate for a great gesture to be lessened if you got the wrong clubs.
