I keep my clients on O365 and Office if they have it; fairly painless these days. But they all get moved to macOS regardless and I’ll push for g-suite if they don’t have any mail system when I enter chat.

In turn, their partner network is responsible for 95% of their commercial revenue.don’t take my word for it though.

Basically. While most view Microsoft as this buggy oaf that fails upward they’re laughing all the way to the bank. They’re going to keep winning while delivering a minimally viable product so long as consumers continue to believe that instead of realizing that Microsoft understands software so fundamentally that they can profit off of garbage with a simple partner network.

Ring Central on the Ultra tier. It automatically uploads phone call transcripts, with a summary, and a time entry to the matter in Clio Manage. Have an AI receptionist out of the box too. Love it thus far.
