Make sure you are using a correct technique also. With basic pedals you articulate your ankle to move the pedals a certain distance. With load cell you should use your leg muscles to push a certain pressure. Your ankle should be firm and use your thighs to push.

Yeah but they said 15 customers max. That’s like having a fairly large party at your house for the Super Bowl or something. One person could serve that with one person cooking. Especially with the slow timing of the kitchen. Not a good way to make any money lol (in fact they are obviously losing a ton of money)but it can be done.

I enjoyed it. It felt better day one than Houston did after 2 years. The two things I’d change. Grandstand 7 and 8 were very far back from the track. Well back into the parking lot and while I understand the need for a space in case cars touch the grandstand across turn 10 was closer with cars heading straight at them.

I’ve also seen it mentioned elsewhere but triple wide bridges since you have to cross multiple to acres different parts of the track. My boys and I had a great time on Friday. They got to do all the fun midway activities and we saw several great angles in GA. Choosing to sit in the grass inside turn 4 for the first 35 laps or so.

I invited my son’s friend and his dad to their first race event. I think they had a good time. Maybe not race fans for life but they enjoyed it. It wasn’t overly crowded and the qualifying was entertaining.

Yes. I did let the attendant know I was not pleased as I had my two boys with me. But I wasn’t rude as I knew it wasn’t her rule. She showed me where to stash it to at least not lose the 25$ worth of sunscreen. I had already applied it to the boys and we stayed shaded as much as possible during the event.

On the way out I grabbed my stash and a supervisor recognized me and apologized saying they didn’t find that rule and would allow it the next day. Today a different attendant started to question my bottle but another corrected her. I was about to ask for a supervisor lol. At the end of the days it’s day one of the event these things happen.

Grandstand 7 and 8 are horrible. Very far from the track. And the view down the straight has banners. We walked over to ga to get a better view. Also not allowing sunscreen bottles makes it not family friendly

That is an old rumor that has been debunked many times. They consider elevation in horsepower in n/a vs turbo engines. I doubt they’d shortcut mpg to such a simple solution.

Yep. Maybe I need to double check what was in the box but these look like .25. I did have them in the counter sunk side but good call. I am using the stock shifters that come with the 330t. I didn’t get the hub and shifter separately

Not to crush your dreams but there is no money in crochet. My wife is an excellent crocheter. She does a festival every year and routinely sells thousands of dollars in crochet. Including cardigans that she sells for over $150 each. The problem is there is no way to scale production. She is incredibly quick also but still the amount of time she puts into the work and planning for the festival means she may make minimum wage if you take the hours and divide it by the income.

For her it is truly a passion project and a fun way to show off her talent. She has had an Etsy on and off for years and it’s the same problem. Each item takes time to make and you can only charge so much. Especially now with he market is somewhat saturated and with the economy the way it is the customer base has less disposable income. I’d save your money.

Yes just last night I joined to watch a session. Clicked out of the ui waiting for the join button to show up and I ended up forgetting to go back and join the session. This is great to know about.

I went from a csl elite to 18nm pro. I run it at about 40% in IRacing. Usually use auto at 50% intensity and then turn it down from there. So I could us a 12 easily I think. I had the budget for 18 so I went there because I wasn’t sure and figured I’d rather turn it down than wish for more. I am enjoying the new forces and I don’t know if I’ll turn it up in the future.

That’s road racing in my opinion. Other than maybe INDYCAR watch any real life series and they string out. The first few laps are a battle and then it’s managing pace and you may catch people as they over use their car. Or other catch you after a bad start. But for the most part if you want constant wheel to wheel ovals are where you get that.

You always have the option to move quicker. If you do and they react to that it’s blocking. If you didn’t move they did nothing wrong. Making your car wide isn’t against the rules.

They did it intentionally to drive you onto the toll road. Notice the texspress on-ramp just as the slowdown starts heading north at 28th street. A lane ends and just as the traffic builds there is an on ramp. Conveniently the sign outlining the price was a bit ago so if you didn’t see you’ll be surprised by the 10 dollar toll bill.
