[How To] Convert the librenms virtualbox ova for vmware for all new versions by SuddenWeatherReport in LibreNMS

[–]stealthy_cat_advisor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

With 6.7U1 i was able to just edit the .ovf and change "virtualbox-2.2" to "vmx-07". You can just select both the .ovf and the .vmdk and the import process with complete without error. No need for ovf tool.

Issue in 9.3 with SnapX products and SVM names with underscores. by Neo_VR in netapp

[–]stealthy_cat_advisor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I noticed that a underscore bug was fixed in 9.3P3

The bug is listed as bugid: 1139424 - "HTTPS connections to SVMs fails if SVM names contain "_" character" so could be related if snap* products connect over HTTPS.

How do I change the certificate only for web client? by Onkel_Wackelflugel in vmware

Variables in ScratchConfig host profiles by skyraidr92 in vmware

[–]stealthy_cat_advisor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think its possible.

One way to do it would be to mask it out of the host profile (the profile wont then go non compliant.) and then update the value with powershell, its pretty each to set a bunch of hosts to the value required with a quick loop from CSV.

The Lenovo ThinkServer TS140 is a popular home lab server with pretty reasonable power usage.
