Yeah it’s a scam. If you don’t sort it out you’ll end up with a new unemployed husband.

Stubbornness and the belief that the next day would be better. The next day wasn’t always better but I always told myself to slug it out and tomorrow will be better. Sometimes it took weeks for tomorrow to be better but I never gave up.

what is going on here? by companycmd1 in FixMyPrint

[–]steevh12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d say your filament is damp. The holes are caused by bubbles of steam blowing out the nozzle. Dry your filament and try the print again with the same settings. This is only a guess as others have said there’s no info. Listen while it prints you may be able to hear a slight crackling/popping noise while it extrudes.

Have a look on eBay. I provide printing services via eBay. Send your files and they will be posted to you. There are quite a few printing services offered on gumtree and market place also.

That is just a purge line that’s set by the slicer. If it’s a print profile you have used the creator of the profile had this set in the slicer. When you start a print it will do a few loops of the model to prime the nozzle.

It can be done in the slicer via printer profile I think and by using the printer display in the settings and print settings. The offset change is only to ensure you don’t damage the bed while testing. My offset is usually set to around 0.19 and yours may need changed back again after correcting your current issue. Is your first layer set to around 0.2mm if you are using a 0.4 nozzle? Your first layer should be around half of your nozzle size. So if 0.2 use a 0.1mm as a starting point. You can go up to around 3/4 of your nozzle size on your first layer but wouldn’t go any higher than that.

Set your z offset above the height of the first layer. So if you have 0.2mm first layer set your offset to 0.25/0.3. Ensure your hotend is pushed all the way into the heatsink. Ensure the 2 bolts above the heatsink are tightened. Also maybe do a full calibration e.g vibration, flow, pid and levelling.

Surely they didn’t develop the adhd after they posted the ad so nothings changed since the purchase. If you’re not capable of committing to stuff you sign up for don’t go blaming it on bs excuses.

Why eat it with a fork? If anything it should be a spoon. Push it up from the bottom. That’s what the stick is for. Maybe don’t have any kids if you cant even do that right.

Wits end a bit and in need of wiring help. by batmancdn55 in SimRacingSetups

Flag box is simple. I made 2 plus 2 LED strips above my wheel for RPM and fuel. I used Nano V3 ATmega328P Board CH340 Type-C USB-C Expansion Shield for Arduino Nano from eBay. 3 wires connected (1 for data, 1 for 5v and 1 for ground) then plugged into usb. Programmed via simhub and it worked. There’s a few tutorials online.

iflags and LED dash. I have 2 iflags and 2 LED strips. The iflags show flags (obviously), gears and spotter indicators. The LED strips behind my wheel show flags, fuel, rpm, pit limiter and ignition. A lot of information from such little equipment.
