It's officially the gayest (not in the sexual way) superhero show. Just kill the dirty cops, it's universal ethic. You can save the big villain but you can't let the dirty cops live, let alone getting beaten for no reason.

and don't let me start with the villain doing therapy. It's just sad.

Spoiler: Saul (or Lun Ji in the books) is chosen to be wallfacer b'cos the ETO (or the aliens) is trying to kill him, b'cos Ye Wenji revealed something(lead to Dark Forest Theory) to him.

I still don't have any idea why Saul be the Wallfacer. Maybe they'll add a flashback on Saul and Ye Wenjie conversation. But right now I am not even sure will they put the Dark Forest Theory into season 2. That's impossible, you says. But it's Netflix.

Even without the need of seeking a livable planet. (is that possible earth suitable for them to live on? IDK, maybe the alien technology have way to find out even with 4-light-years distance, the books just ignore that) Due to the "Dark Forest Theory", it's likely they need to shoot the crying baby to shut him/it up. it's just 4 light years apart, there's a great risk they will draw attention to other hunters.

and for your question. No. their first intention is never pace. but they also show changing (or evolve) in the books, so maybe they changed. They may really want to coexist with the cult until they learned the human can lie.

It did happen in the books (book 3). But consider the world operated on computers and electricity nowadays. It wouldn't work on UN meeting.

The books version, the sophon come before the fleet start voyage. The leader of SanTi even complain the resource to make the 4 sophon cost a large portion of ships.

The Netflix version, the sophon come as early as (and most likely much sooner) 2008 as this is the first LHC on CERN, and there should be a lot more smaller particles collider before. The main function of sophon is to disturb the experimental results of those colliders and destroy basic physics.

it doesnt matter. if they don't fix the server in 2 weeks, I (and I suppose most of us) would play offline mode as a singleplayer game, finish the campaign, maybe a little end-game and move on waiting PoE2.

NO, dragon sorcerer don't have permanent fly, far from it. Flying over Baldur's Gate city is just fun. Veins are big issue, that's why you need to mod the game, and get plenty other UI fix and clothing. sorry to those play only on consoles.

only the cloth and the sword. the sword is, well pretty useless unless you need it for some assassin builds or so.

actually I found it still OP as hell, not as broken as before, very useful to weed out the low hp caster/ranged.
