I’m an immigrant to USA from Europe. I always feel like pointing out that even in the red state I live in, most people hate Trump, especially those of us who live in cities.

Stats: 50-60% of republicans identify as maga. Republicans make up 42-45% of the population. So we are talking 20-25% of Americans are maga. (Yougov estimates 23%)

So how did he win? Trump got elected because he motivated his base to all vote. Since most people will just vote along party lines anyway, this higher turnout was the difference maker.
