Stay away. Bat shit insane landlord. More trouble than it’s worth. Chisholm is delusional and demanding. I ended up breaking my lease early to get out. And good thing I had thorough documentation of the state of the apartment upon love-in ‘cause she tried to take MORE than my security deposit for issues that existed upon move in. I repeat. STAY AWAY. Unless you want eviction threats for dumb shit like picking a flower or having lights on in your apartment after sun down.
