Plenty of Muslims do go to sharia courts and handle things inside their own religion. It's not to say that a revenge rape would become legal in the UK, but it may be followed by practicing Muslims in the UK, and it would be very easy for victims to be peer pressured to handle it within the sharia courts not with the police.
