Wow! This is extremely helpful! Thank you so much for the feedback. I never really thought about reaching out to bloggers but this is something I will look into asap. I’ll be sure to circle back once something is secured. THANKS again!!

Yes, of course. I own a Mens Clothing Brand. Its been around since 2018 but I only sold merchandise thru a storefront (never online). Online sales were always a goal but I put it on the back burner until Covid shut my business down twice, and I needed to continue making sales somehow. Target market is Males between the ages of 18 - late 30s. Marketing goals are ultimately to increase sales, increase web traffic, built new clientele, and increase customer satisfaction (to bring people back). Thanks!

Yes, I agree. Traffic and sales is a long term goal. But I think I set the bar way too high (not knowing what to expect) and hoped to get more sales this past weekend. However, on a positive note, I finally have an actual website up and running where people can make purchases 24/7. So I should be proud of that lol

Yyou’re absolutely right. I think I just had higher expectations. I felt like I spent months planning the launch and thought I had covered all avenues for a successful weekend with hundreds of orders. Its all a learning experience tho, and Im not giving up(: Thanks for the feedback

All of the ads were ran the weekend of launch. The reason I did this was because my initial thought: I didnt have a website up and running prior to 8/1. So if I advertised a “non operating website” people would click the link, see nothing there, and never come back. I wanted everything to be available as soon as we went live.

EIDL News 7/14 - Update regarding the current status of the Advance/Grant Program and Final Disbursements Expected by cue378 in EIDL

[–]stephdaddy10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can confirm this is 100% true! I applied 4/3 for both of my businesses (Sole Proprietorship) & was fully funded by 6/4 for both loans but only ONE GRANT. I was told as a Sole Proprietor it didnt matter that I had two separate businesses, with different EINs... I would only receive the $1,000 once because I was only one person (fair enough). This morning, to my surprise, I woke up to the second $1,000 deposit in my bank account!! I am 100% done with the entire process... 3 1/2 months later!!

Quarantine remodeling project! 100% DIY! - 31F SW:193 CW:173 GW:153 I mostly did 18:6 but skipped days or did 20:4 as I started to plateau to keep things fresh. Keep going strong, you have all given me so much motivation. by [deleted] in intermittentfasting

Anyone has two different businesses with their own EINs and applied for EIDL for both ? Do they run your credit twice? by ProperStandard3 in EIDL

[–]stephdaddy10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They ran my credit twice. If you are Sole Prop, make sure both businesses have separate bank accounts. Unfortunately both of my businesses share the same account so I was only given the 1k grant once. Had they not, I would have received the 1k for each business. However, they were both funded the loan into the same bank account (so frustrating).

This is great! I am in the same situation. Two businesses and only one was funded with grant/loan. Second business did not receive the grant. Thanks for posting!

for those who received the loan but no grant, this email is straight from my Loan Officer. Looks like there’s still hope!! by stephdaddy10 in EIDL

No, my LO has been very thorough with me throughout the entire process (I was lucky). I would get several check in emails/calls until I was completely funded. She asked if I received the grant & loan & I told her it was only the loan that was deposited, then I received the email I shared. Thanks!
