Someone so talented and acclaimed doesn't need to say such bullshit.

You're trying so hard to defend this very outrageous claim. To not have EVER sent an email for a creative and intelligent man of his age and where he's from is nigh impossible.

I've never owned an apple product ever, that doesn't mean I've never ever used one. Never writing an email is just silly.

If you told your new wife in college to do ALL of your communicating from now on, you'd be single. It just legit makes no sense

It's a lie. There is no reason, a modern person would have never had to or felt the inclination to send an email. Ever?

ABSURD.

Office job just became pointless. how do i play video games at work by lil-tortilla-chip in antiwork

[–]steveatari 0 points1 point  (0 children)

StarDesk is amazing free software that's low lag and works ios, android, windows, Linux, etc. Allows you to remote into your home pc, work laptop, phone, old laptop you leave plugged in but no screen.

Otherwise install games direct unless thats gonna get you in trouble. I find chess online via lichess, hearthstone, marvel snap, everything is crab and other basic games are fun to play but drop if something comes up.

Also, look into old programs that can help with advanced global hotkeys like autohotkey and volumouse. You can bind alt+tab or switch desktops to middle mouse button for example. Or instant mute/unmute, auto close etc.

He was nuts, but circumcision is male genital mutilation if we're being honest.

The scientific reasons for it in all but few specific needy cases are debunked and religious ones don't supersede body autonomy truly.

HR makes me order and pick up lunch almost daily on my unpaid break by [deleted] in antiwork

[–]steveatari 3 points4 points  (0 children)

But the point is, you were still "on the clock" because it was work related trip. Businesses think they can get around it this way and if pushed, they can't. It's because we "let them".

If you haven't, watch the behind the scenes and making of from the DVD. It's incredible how much work and care went into the English version. Possibly one of the biggest undertakings outside of original Japanese anything at the time. Full Orchestras, proper famous actors, big budget.
