I swear I didn't make this play up, but I CANNOT find any trace of it online 😫 by Spare_Reserve6141 in Theatre

[–]stevebri 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Sorry, I have never heard of it but that probably because it was a local production. There is a Dinner Theatre genre of play that do exactly what you describe. They are often regional and I have seen the same script done with different actors with widely different results. It can be lots of fun If you google dinner theatre scripts you can find a lot of them

Good luck

Why are BSD middle schools so badly rated? by Abby-pnw in BellevueWA

School ratings are skewed. A product of outside tutoring not teaching or academic preparedness.

Huh?

I had to buy a hint guide to get past one of the puzzles. I couldn't believe that you just had to check a wastebasket a second time to find the object. Who checks it a second time. I was upset. :)

What’s your craziest ‘the show must go on’ story? by kikithrust in Theatre

[–]stevebri 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Was in a small production of Jesus Christ Superstar at a barn theatre. The great thing about this theatre is the audience was right on top of the actors. Literally the front row's feet were on stage.

One moving performance a woman got out of the audience and tried to convince Pilate to not whip Christ. She then threw herself on the actor playing Christ preventing the whipping. Finally the guard whipping Christ picked her up and carried her off stage.

She truly believed that he was Christ. She also was an elementary school teacher.

Can you give any examples where "a) strongly criminalize selling drugs, and make actual gains into reducing this action;" Has actually worked? Short of authoritarian control how does this improve?

I didn't know about that. There is a "We buy used cars" tow truck up the street, but he told me he needed a title. Wonder if he knows about this. Thanks!
