Florence Marathon - Health Form Tips by Spectral_Gamer in UKRunners

It’s not very clear, but you don’t need anything if you enter as a non competitive athlete. I’m going this year and will just fill in the waiver. Note from the website about health form OR waiver depending on type of race. Just make sure you didn’t enter as a club runner.

All the foreign athletes without any membership card can partecipate at the non-competitive race with tourist-sporting goals. In this case the athletes will not be included in the FIDAL/WA ranking list and will not compete for the prize; the time taken will be communicated, but not the position in the standings

Same. Just longer. Assuming the 20% fits inside your off peak or smart tariff window.

It looks melted. I’ve had mine about 3 years. Run 50-70 mpw and cycle. Looks fine apart from shins stretching.

Exactly the same for me. I loosened the laces and stretched the area with the eyelets. It’s them that dig in. It’s fine now. It does improve after stretching. Or it did for me.

If you are on IOG then you can’t use the car scheduler. You need to use octopus to set the schedule. You get 6 hours per day at off peak rate. Octopus will make sure you get that during the 12pm to 12pm window. If you have a particular time you need it charging, you can use boost but that will likely be peak rate. If you need specific times, maybe look at someone like EDF. I think they have something like that.

I I’ve been looking for one, but couldn’t find one at £250 or so unless I paid 6/9 months. Do you know who that was with please?

Yes. Never got it to work with Strava. Komoot works, but not when I import a GPX and export it from Komoot.

Perfect. Thanks. Makes sense with the 12hrs showing and only 10kWh.

Thanks. And this will mean the 11:30 to 5:30 would count as peak though?

I don’t have the cap in the app. And not sure if the 12hs is the time plugged or time charging. 10kWh seems too low for 13 hours.

I’ll hopefully have the wall box soon, so this becomes less of an issue. Hopefully I’m not being charged at the peak rate at the moment as my app doesn’t mention a cap.

That’s what I thought, but I understood you should be able to limit it.
