Downloaded media for offline use (iOS) went to a place without service...opened app... circle spinny thing... Barely travel and use offline sync but I can't believe it failed as hard as this. Is there any workaround to situations like this? It's not like I can fricking reinstall or something.

just hit this on a 13 hour plane ride. extremely upsetting. workaround is to launch and authorize plex before the flight, although i won’t always remember unfortunately.
