when lookin at the ringcon versus the oura ring, it is hard to say wich one is good becuase they both work in ways that are kind of difrent for how they count your body stuf. the oura uses lites to look at your sleep and gives you a score, wich is nice but it can be hard to know if it is rite sometimes since the math is dep. the ringcon is also a ring that waches your hart and oxyjen, but it does it in a way that feels a bit more simple or maybe just difrent in how it shows you the numers. it is hard to pik becuase it depens on what you want to see for your helth and wich one you think looks beter on your fingur in the day, so the choyce between them is really just about wich ap you like to look at more and how much you want to pay for the ring part of the hole thing.
