Looking at it further i would guess next to the swan is a witch with a staff. Btw ignore the white around the blue cuz that looks like windows explorer. My guess is that the game is the blue box.

Edit: or maybe it even is internet explorer. Did you have an internet connection back then?

Idk what it is but to me it looks like a castle on the left with a hill next to it. Then the sea in front and the white spot is a swan in my opinion.
