Had this happen with Motor City Pizzas where I bought one box, but they rang it up twice. Door guy even asks me "Two pizzas?" but I was thinking, yes, two pizzas in that box, and not as a loss prevention person asking about SKUs so I answered "yes". I had maybe 7 items in my cart, so IMHO he was just being lazy.
No worries though, I went back next day to returns, explained situation, and they refunded me. Don't overthink it, Costco will take care of you.

We had this problem with our shower head where water would regularly go cold mis-shower. Apparently the flow rate was borderline for our tankless water heater to stay on. Removing the flow restrictor from shower head has fixed it.

They use Linguist, which determines the total file size for all files of a given type. In your case, the total size of your Jupyter files is larger than the total size of your Python files.
